There are several things that I find absolutely amazing. Some in a good way and some not good at all.
A baby's first smile is amazing in a good way. So is the wonder in a child's eyes when they see something spectacular for the first time. A rainbow is pretty amazing.
Then there are the things that amaze me in a bad way. Like the audacity of someone who quotes the bible after stealing someone else's property. Yes, Roy Wright from TeamRJ has amazed me once again. Does his God condone theft? Or is he so very twisted that he thinks he is a god? Or maybe he thinks he is above god? Yes, amazing isn't it?

TE owners should be required to pass an IQ test
Has anyone ever heard of customer service? The Traffic Exchange arena is filled with rude self righteous admins who forget that without the members they are nothing.
Tonight I canceled my membership at a small but nicely built exchange after paying for 2 days of first page surfs and not receiving any hits at all except my own in the first 16 hours. I did not expect much for $2 but thought I would get a few hits at least.
Being a TE owner myself I was sure that something must be wrong so sent in a support ticket. The reply I received was rude, and just plain stupid. I was told it was my responsibility to research and if I had I would have known that the site has no surfers and tough luck. Not even considering asking for a refund at the time, I was left speechless until I thought about it some more and became angry. If Nick from TNT could treat me like this when I was trying to help him imagine how he was treating his other members. And wouldn't that explain why he had no one surfing his site?
Again I received another nasty ticket and a $2 refund. I have deleted my account there but am still in shock that an admin/owner could even expect to have active members when they are so unfriendly and so ready to take money and give no service.

Along with owning a few traffic exchanges and an advertising coop, I am a graphics designer. A few months ago I designed a ventrino exchange and was paid for the site design along with some splashes and banners.
The owner that hired me had to return the site to Roy Wright from teamrj but removed the new design and other graphics before returning it. Roy Wright used a back up to restore the graphics and then resold the site using those graphics.
He did this willingly and refused to pay for or remove the graphics that he stole.

What classifies a site as a scam?
What do you think makes a site a scam? I have asked several people this question today and have gotten many answers. Does a site have to charge money to be considered a scam site? Does it ask you to jump through hoops and then make excuses?
The most popular answer is this:
A site that does not follow its own TOS (terms of service) or changes its TOS without notifying its members is a scam.
My advise to everyone who is joining a site whether it is free to join or not is to read and fully understand the TOS. If you have questions contact the site owner. Do your homework and investigate before giving out your information or money.
Do not be afraid to join things but make sure you check them out first. Be a positive skeptic :)

Branding Yourself Is The Key to Success

Birthday Bash was a great success!
