Has anyone ever heard of customer service? The Traffic Exchange arena is filled with rude self righteous admins who forget that without the members they are nothing.
Tonight I canceled my membership at a small but nicely built exchange after paying for 2 days of first page surfs and not receiving any hits at all except my own in the first 16 hours. I did not expect much for $2 but thought I would get a few hits at least.
Being a TE owner myself I was sure that something must be wrong so sent in a support ticket. The reply I received was rude, and just plain stupid. I was told it was my responsibility to research and if I had I would have known that the site has no surfers and tough luck. Not even considering asking for a refund at the time, I was left speechless until I thought about it some more and became angry. If Nick from TNT could treat me like this when I was trying to help him imagine how he was treating his other members. And wouldn't that explain why he had no one surfing his site?
Again I received another nasty ticket and a $2 refund. I have deleted my account there but am still in shock that an admin/owner could even expect to have active members when they are so unfriendly and so ready to take money and give no service.
