The issue with Ventrino was resolved but without so much as an email to let us know. Very odd..

People Make Mistakes

MagicGardenSurf runs on the Ventrino TE Script. For the price it is a decent script. Unfortunately the support department for that script is not the best. I recently purchased a few licenses from someone who no longer needed them. In error one of those licenses was transferred to the wrong account. People make mistakes. A company with decent support recognizes that we are not all perfect and mistakes do happen. It has been 5 days since the error happened. The error was reported within minutes. Not only has this not been resolved but the support ticket was closed. I have always recommended this script. I specialize in custom designing graphics for the script, I design prize add ons that are used with this script. I am hoping this can be resolved....
